During the discussion number of remarks was expressed regarding the Bill (Reg.№5000) "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2010". In particular it was declared that according to the Bill it is presupposed for the development of the agricultural complex in the year 2010 the funds at the rate of UAH 12709,3 million that is in UAH 1735,1 million more then in the previous year.
Still, the parliamentarians proclaimed that in comparison with the year 2008 the financing is reduced in 22%.
It was also stressed that at the expense of the general fund the expenses of the State Budget for Agricultural Complex are presupposed at the sum of UAH 3461,2 million that is less then in current year in UAH 922,4 million.
Moreover the members of the Committee emphasized that the bill envisages the extraction of 13 important fir the agricultural complex budget programs at the total expense of UAH 7,7 million.
As a result of the scrutiny, the members of the Committee in particular suggested the increase of the expenses of the general fund of Ministry on Agricultural Policy for the directions of prior development in this field. The sum of increase should comprise UAH 1528,1 million presupposing the expenses from the state budget at the expense of the general fund according to the new program "Finance Aid of Wholesale Markets of Agricultural Goods at the rate of UAH 250 million etc."
